Good to hear from you. And yes, it has been a very long time since graduating from TMC.
As with other classmates, much has occurred in my life since leaving Taiwan.
 In brief:

1. Upon returning to the US, I entered a radiology residency program in NYC.

2. Completed fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at the University of Pittsburgh specializing in transplant imaging.

3. Returned to NY after fellowship to work at Columbia University Hospital as Associate Professor in Radiology.

4. For the past 10+ years, I've been at Charlotte Radiology (Charlotte, North Carolina). We are the 3rd largest radiology practice in the country and have over 90 radiologists working for us.
Besides my clinical responsibilities, I am also involved in the administrative aspect of the practice including my role as the treasurer and as a sitting board member.

I'm sure as in Taiwan, the practice of medicine has evolved quite a bit these past several years. There are many challenges still ahead of us but I guess that's what makes it interesting!

Hope all is well with you and your family and the next time I'm in town, I'll make sure I let you know; would love to see everyone and catch up.
Currently, the two classmates that I still communicate with on a fairly consistent basis, albeit it's probably only once or twice a year, are Ming-Chyi and Yu Kuang-Hui (my old roommates).

Best,

Peter C

PS: I've attached two recent photos for you to add to the blog. One is with my two sons (Thomas and Kenny) this past summer rafting through the Grand Canyon and the other is a family photo from this past Christmas. My daughter is Carolyn, by the way.
